Four men were arrested last week as they attempted to rob a Banco Popular ATM in Cabarete.
One of the men, Huari Jiménez de Jesús had a card indicating he was a First Lieutenant in the pólice, although it isthought this was fake. The other men arrested were Henry Bienvenido Chalas Encarnación, Juan Llulis and Fresa Indhira del Rosario Gonel.
